Admission Process (Nursery to Class XI)

01. Inquiry & Campus Visit

  • Parents can visit the school campus or inquire via the official school website.
  • Our admission executive will provide detailed information about academics, facilities, and the admission process.

02. Application Form Submission

  • Application forms can be filled online through the school website or obtained offline from the school office.
  • Parents must ensure that the name of the child, father, and mother/guardian matches government documents like Aadhaar card & Birth Certificate.
  • The form must be filled completely and accurately. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

03. Document Submission

  • The following documents must be submitted along with the admission form:
  1. Copy of Birth Certificate (For Nursery to Class I)
  2. Transfer Certificate (TC)/School Leaving Certificate (For Class II to XI)
  3. Mark sheet/Report card of the previous class
  4. Aadhaar card of the student & parents (or enrollment slip if Aadhaar is unavailable)
  5. Passport-sized photographs of the student (2 copies)
  6. Caste certificate (if applicable)
  7. Duly signed undertaking form (provided by the school)

04. Entrance Test & Interaction (For Class I to XI)

  • For admissions to Class I and above, students may have to appear for an entrance test and/or an interaction session with the school faculty.
  • The syllabus for the entrance test will be based on the previous class’s curriculum.

05. Fee Payment & Confirmation

  • Once the application is approved, parents will receive a confirmation email/message.
  • The Ist Installment must be paid to confirm admission.
  • The admission will be provisional until all documents are verified and fees are cleared.

06. Orientation & School Commencement

  • A detailed orientation session will be conducted for parents and students before the academic year begins.
  • The academic session will commence as per the school calendar.

Age Criteria (as of 30th September 2025 )

  • Nursery: 3 Years
  • Jr.KG: 4 Years
  • Sr.KG: 5 Years
  • Class I: 6 Years
  • Class II & above: Previous class must be completed from a recognized school

Important Notes

  • The age limit will be strictly adhered to; students who do not meet the age criteria will not be admitted.
  • The details in the Transfer Certificate must match the application form regarding Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Religion, and Category.
  • It is mandatory to submit a copy of the Aadhaar card of the child & parent. If unavailable, an enrollment slip with a 14-digit enrollment number must be submitted within one month. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of admission.

Pre-Primary Section

  • Nursery: Children born between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2022
  • LKG: Children born between January 1, 2021, and December 31, 2021
  • UKG: Children born between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2020

Primary Section

  • Class I: Children born between January 1, 2019, and December 31, 2019
  • Class II: Completion of Class I from a recognized institution
  • Class III: Completion of Class II from a recognized institution
  • Class IV: Completion of Class III from a recognized institution
  • Class V: Completion of Class IV from a recognized institution

Middle & Secondary Section

  • Class VI: Completion of Class V from a recognized institution
  • Class VII: Completion of Class VI from a recognized institution
  • Class VIII: Completion of Class VII from a recognized institution
  • Class IX: Completion of Class VIII from a recognized institution

Admission Process – 2025-26

  • Step 1: Check the Selected Student List
    Parents must check if their child’s name appears in the selected student list for admission.
  • Step 2: Collect the Bank Slip from the School Office
    The school will provide a bank slip for the payment of admission fees.
  • Step 3: Pay the Fees at the Bank
    Parents must visit the designated bank and deposit the admission fee as per the given details.
  • Step 4: Submit the Payment Receipt & Required Documents at the School Office
    After completing the payment, parents must submit the bank payment receipt along with the required documents at the school.
